Q: How do visitors register for the Singapore Airshow?

A: Registration for Trade Visitors will open in September 2017.

Q: Can trade visitors also visit the show on the Public Days?

A: The Trade Visitor Pass is valid only for the trade days from 6 to 9 Feb 2016. Visitors will need to purchase Public Day tickets separately should they wish to visit the show on the Public Days over the weekend on 10 and 11 Feb 2018.

Please note that ticket sales for the Public Days will be made available at a later date.

Q: How do visitors register for the event using the complimentary Trade Invitation?

A: Visitors will have to register online with the registration PIN stated on the Trade Invitation by 31 January 2016 in order to enjoy complimentary admission to the show. Please note that the complimentary Trade Invitation is only extended to guests by the exhibiting companies and partners of Singapore Airshow 2016. The Trade Invitation, as well as the registration instructions will be made available at a later date.

Q: What should visitors do if they did not manage to register for the event by 31 January 2016 using the complimentary Trade Invitation?

A: Visitors may bring the Trade Invitation to the event and register at a special rate of S$60 (instead of S$200) for a 4-day Trade pass.

Q: Can visitors also register for the Business Forums if they register for the event using the complimentary trade invitation?

A: Yes, visitors can register for the Business Forums if they are using the complimentary trade invitations. However, the Business Forums are still chargeable at S$50 per person per forum. As limited seats are available, visitors are encouraged to register for the Business Forums in advance.

Q: Can trade visitors also visit the show on the Public Days?

A: The Trade Invitation is valid only for the trade days from 16 to 19 Feb 2016. Visitors will need to purchase Public Day tickets separately should they wish to visit the show on the Public Days over the weekends on 20 and 21 Feb 2016. Please note that ticket sales for the Public Days will be made available at a later date.

Q: Which Business Forums will be available at the show?

A: Information on the Singapore Airshow Business Forums will be released at a later date.

Q: Do visitors need to register for the Singapore Airshow to attend the Business Forums?

A: Yes, visitors will need to be a registered Trade Visitor in order to attend the Business forums.

Q: Do visitors need to pay to attend the Business Forums?

A: Yes, the Business Forums are chargeable. More information on the chargeable fees will be released at a later date.

Q: Can visitors still register for the Business Forums at a later date after registering as a Trade Visitor?

A: Yes, visitors can still register for the Business Forums if seats are available. Registered visitors may register for the Business Forum via their Visitors Centre account.

Q: Do visitors need to pay to attend the Technology Seminars

A: No, visitors do not need to pay to attend the Technology Seminars.

Q: Where and when are the Technology Seminars held?

A: The Technology Seminars will be held in a dedicated section in the main exhibition hall, and scheduled at different time slots over the four-day event. Please check back at a later date for the programme and schedule.

Q: How do visitors register for the Singapore Airshow Aviation Leadership Summit (SAALS 2018)?

A: Attendance for the Summit is strictly by-invitation-only. For any enquiries regarding the conference, please write in to als@singaporeairshow.com.

Q: When and where is the Singapore Airshow Aviation Leadership Summit held?

A: The date & venue of the Singapore Airshow Aviation Leadership Summit will be released at a later date.

Q: How do Media register for a Media Pass?

A: Media will have to submit their media accreditation application through the Singapore Airshow website by clicking here. Please note that all accreditation applications are subject to approval.

Q: How do visitors view the media releases and latest news about the Singapore Airshow?

A: Visitors may subscribe to the Singapore Airshow eNEWS for latest news about the event. Click here to obtain soft copies of the media releases.

Q: How do Trade Visitors retrieve their login details for to Visitors Centre?

The login details will be sent over to you after registration. Visitors may also use the 'Forget Password' function on the login page and the password will be resent to your email.

Q: Who can Trade Visitors contact if they did not receive their Visitor Centre login details?

A: Visitors may send their enquiries to registration@singaporeairshow.com. Please indicate Name and NRIC / Passport Number in the email for easy reference.

Q: What should I do if I forget my Visitors Centre password?

A: Visitors may click on the ‘Forget Password’ function on the login page and a ‘Reset Your Password’ email will be sent over to your email.

Q: What should exhibitors do if they are unable to log in to the online Exhibitors Centre?

Q: When are the Aerobatic Flying Displays?

A: The Aerobatic Flying Display schedule for Singapore Airshow 2018 will be released at a later date.

Q: Where is the best location to view the Aerobatic Flying Displays?

A: The best location to view the Aerobatic Flying Displays is at the Plaza, the open outdoor area in front of the exhibition hall. There is also a grandstand at the Plaza for visitors. However, seats are limited and are on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Q: Will the Airshow site be very noisy during the aerobatic flying displays?

A: Yes, the Airshow site will be very noisy during the aerobatic flying displays. Visitors are advised to bring along ear plugs.

Q: Where is the Static Aircraft Display located?

A: The Static Aircraft Display Area is situated right beside the main exhibition hall.

Q: What aircraft are on display?

A: The static aircraft listing will be published in January 2018. Please check back for the static aircraft listing.

Q: Where is the event held?

A: The event is held at Changi Exhibition Centre, 9 Aviation Park Road, Singapore 498760.

Q: How do I get to the show site by car?

A: Please note that visitors will need to purchase a valid car park label in order to drive into the show site. Only cars displaying the valid car park label may park at the general car park at the show site.

Q: How do visitors get to the show site by taxi?

A: Visitors can alight at the designated pick-up/drop-off taxi bay at the show site. Please note that a location surcharge will be applicable if you are taking a taxi from the event venue.

Q: Are there Shuttle Bus services available?

A: Yes, shuttle bus services will be available. More information on the shuttle bus services will be released at a later date.

Q: Are there any Shuttle Bus services from the town area or from any of the hotels in town?

A: More information will be released at a later date.

Q: How do exhibitors and trade visitors purchase car park labels?

A: Exhibitors may purchase car park labels through the online Exhibitors Centre. More information on Car Park Labels will be released at a later date.

Q: Are there any other car parks near to the show event?

A: The nearest car park is at the Changi Ferry Terminal. It is a 2km to 3km walk from the event site. Visitors are reminded NOT TO park along Changi Coast Road as vehicles will be towed away.

Q: Are there any function rooms available for exhibitor bookings?

A: The function rooms are located near the front of the exhibition hall and are open for booking by exhibitors.

Q: Are there any Corporate Hospitality Desks available for exhibitor bookings?

A: Yes, there are Corporate Hospitality Desk available for exhibitor bookings. They are conveniently located within the Registration Gateway.

Q: : Is there a lounge for Exhibitors?

A: Yes, there is an Exhibitors Club lounge for exhibitors to use. Each exhibitor can invite up to 2 guests to the Exhibitors Club lounge.

Please note that access to the lounge is strictly upon presentation of the Exhibitors Club card. Each exhibiting company will be issued with an Exhibitors Club card.

Q: Is there a lounge for Visitors?

A: Yes, there are Visitors lounges located within the exhibition hall. Please check our on-site location board for exact locations.

Q: Is there internet access at the show site?

A: The Internet Centre, located within the exhibition hall, offers well-equipped multi-station internet connection where guests can check email and access the internet on a complimentary basis throughout the day. There are also several Wi-Fi hotspots available within the exhibition hall where visitors may enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi access throughout the day.

Q: Are there any complimentary golf buggies at the event?

A: Yes, there are complimentary golf buggies circling the show ground at the event. Visitors do not need to register in advance for this service, simply hop on to the golf buggies at the event.

Q: Is there a prayer room where visitors can conduct their prayer ritual?

A: Yes there is. Please refer to the on-site location board for the exact location.

Q: Is the show site disabled-access friendly?

A: Yes, the show site is disabled-access friendly. Visitors may purchase a car park label to drive into the show site.

Q: Are there ATMs at the show site?

A: No, there are no ATMs at the show site. Visitors are advised to bring sufficient cash.

Q: Is smoking allowed at the show site?

A: Yes, but only within the designated smoking areas. Please refer to the on-site location board for the exact locations.

Q: Are Food & Beverages available at the show site?

A: Yes there will be a variety of F&B outlets located within the hall as well as near the static aircraft display area.

Q: Are visitors allowed to bring their own food and drinks to the show site?

A: Yes, definitely. However, visitors are reminded to dispose of trash in the garbage bins provided on-site.

Q: Are there any Halal food stores?

A: Food stalls at the event are not Halal certified, however, there will be stalls selling food items that contain no pork and no lard.

Q: Where is the nearest food centre located near the event venue?

A: The nearest food centre is located at Changi Village which is 10 minutes away by taxi and 1 hour by foot from the Changi Exhibition Centre.

Q: Who is Captain Leo?

A: Captain Leo is a young lion who is passionate about aviation. He is a pilot and is capable of flying a variety of aircraft.

Q: Who is Captain Leonette?

A: Captain Leonette is a young lioness who is just as passionate about aviation. An expert in air traffic control, she focuses on the science behind aerospace technology and works on the radar and satellite technology to support Captain Leo in his flying exploits.

Q: Are Captain Leo and Captain Leonette plush toys available for purchase?

A: Yes, you may purchase them via our eStore.

Q: Will security checks be conducted at the show?

A: Yes. Security checks will be conducted at the registration Gateway. Visitors are advised to travel light to expedite security checks.

A: Yes. Trade visitors can be dressed in business or smart casual attire. Please note that the Organisers reserve the right to refuse entry to any guest dressed in tattered jeans, shorts, bermudas, singlets, slippers, beach sandals, etc, or in any dressing termed inappropriate for the event.

Q: Is there an age restriction for attending the event during the Trade Days?

A: Yes, trade days are strictly for trade visitors and professionals who are 18 years old and above only.

Q: Can visitors bring children to the event during the Trade Days?

A: No, admission to the event during the Trade Days are strictly for trade visitors and professionals who are 18 years old and above only.

Q: How do visitors arrange for hotel accommodation?

Q: Are there any complimentary shuttle bus services from the Singapore Changi Airport to the Official or Supporting hotels?

A: No, there are no complimentary shuttle bus services from the Singapore Changi Airport to the Official or Supporting hotels. However, airport transfer services can be arranged by the hotels for a fee.
