Q: What are the ticket prices for Public Days?

Q: Where can we purchase these tickets?

A: All tickets can be purchased through the SISTIC website, SISTIC app, or SISTIC hotline at +65 6348 5555 or any SISTIC authorised outlets. For Group Packages, it can only be purchased via the SISTIC website, SISTIC app or SISTIC hotline.

Q: What are the ticket entitlements for Public Days?

A: Tickets include admission to the indoor and outdoor exhibitions, viewing of the flying displays, as well as complimentary Airshow Shuttle transfers between Singapore Expo and Changi Exhibition Centre.

Q: What is included in the Group Package?

A: The Group Package entitles you to admission tickets for 4 persons (a combination of Adult and/or Child tickets) and a Car Park Label for access to the show site during the Public Days.

Q: Is there an option for bulk purchase or corporate purchase?

A: For corporate purchase, please call +65 6319 3292 or email feedback@sistic.com.sg. For bulk purchase of more than 12 tickets per transaction, please call +65 6348 5555.

Q: What are the delivery options for Public Day Tickets?

A: Adult and Child tickets can be collected from SISTIC Singapore Authorised Agents or via Registered Mail. If purchases are made 10 days before the event, all tickets can only be collected at SISTIC Main Office (Singapore Post Centre).

For Group Packages, delivery can only be arranged via Registered Mail if purchases are made more than 10 days before the event.

Note that Registered Mail option will not be available 10 days before the event, and all tickets will need to be self-collected.

Q: Can Public Day tickets be purchased on-site at the Changi Exhibition Centre or Singapore Expo during the event days?

A: No, Public Day Tickets will not be available for sale or collection at the Changi Exhibition Centre and Singapore Expo.

Q: Can I collect my tickets on-site at Singapore Expo or Changi Exhibition Centre?

A: Ticket collection will not be available at the Singapore Expo and Changi Exhibition Centre. Please note that all tickets have to be collected from any SISTIC Authorised Agents by 8pm on the day before the event date. If you have purchased tickets to the public day on 10 February, please collect your tickets before 8pm on 9 February. If you have purchased tickets to the public day on 11 February, please collect your tickets before 8pm on 10 February.

Q: Can misplaced tickets be replaced?

A: There will be no replacement for loss of tickets.

Q: Where is the Static Aircraft Display located?

A: The Static Aircraft Display Area is situated right beside the main exhibition hall.

Q: What aircraft are on display?

A: The static aircraft listing will be published in January 2018. Please check back for the static aircraft listing.

Q: What is the schedule for the Aerobatic Flying Displays?

A: The Aerobatic Flying Display timings on public day are as follow:

* Please note that the Organiser reserves the right to alter or cancel the aerobatic flying displays due to bad weather conditions and/or unforeseen circumstances.

Q: Where is the best location to view the Aerobatic Flying Displays?

A: The best location to view the Aerobatic Flying Displays is at the Plaza, the open outdoor area in front of the exhibition hall. There is also a grandstand at the Plaza for visitors. However, seats are limited and are on a first-come-first-served basis.

Q: Will the Airshow site be very noisy during the aerobatic flying displays?

A: Yes, the Airshow site will be very noisy during the aerobatic flying displays. Visitors are advised to bring along ear plugs. Due to the noise level, we do not recommend the event to very young children due to the generally hot weather and high sound levels during the flying display.

Q: Is booking of seats available for the Flying Displays?

A: No. There will be no booking of seats available for the show. Do take note that this applies for elderly, pregnant ladies and other members of the public with special needs.

Q: What are the Flying Teams for the aerobatic flying displays?

A: The flying team listing will be published in January 2018. Please check the website for the latest update.

Q: Where is the event held?

A: The event is held at Changi Exhibition Centre, 9 Aviation Park Road, Singapore 498760.

Q: How do I get to the show site by car?

A: All visitors are encouraged to take the shuttle service provided between Singapore Expo and Changi Exhibition Centre.

Please note that only visitors with a valid car park label will be allowed to enter the show site and park at the car park. Public Days car park label can only be purchased together with a Group Package from SISTIC. Click here to find out more about Group Package.

Q: Will there be road closure along the way to Changi Exhibition Centre?

A: Yes. Please note that access to the show site is only via Tanah Merah Coast Road. There will be NO access to the show site from Loyang Avenue / Telok Paku Road / Nicoll Drive / Changi Coast Road via or from Changi Village. More information will be available in January 2018, please check the website for the latest updates.

Q: How do visitors get to the show site by taxi?

A: There is a designated pick-up/drop off taxi bay at Changi Exhibition Centre, just outside the exhibition hall. A location surcharge of S$12 is applicable if you are taking taxi from the event venue.

Q: Is booking of taxis & private hire cars allowed?

A: No, it is not allowed due to the lack of holding area for such vehicles, and high traffic volume expected during the event.

Q: Are there Shuttle Bus services available?

A: Yes, shuttle bus services between Singapore Expo and the event site are available for public visitors. Complimentary 2-way shuttle bus transfers are inclusive in each Public Day ticket purchase from SISTIC. Do refer to the shuttle bus schedule here for more information. Please note that the frequency of the Airshow Shuttle services is subject to traffic conditions.

Q: Are there any Shuttle Bus services from the town area or from any of the hotels in town?

A: No, there will be no shuttle bus services from the town area or from any of the hotels in town.

Q: Where will shuttle bus tickets be sold?

A: Tickets will be sold at the Singapore Expo, Hall 7 Foyer. Tickets are priced at $16 per person. This is valid for 2-way transfer. If you have purchased your Public Day Ticket from SISTIC, 2-way Shuttle Bus transfers are included in the ticket price. There is no need to purchase the shuttle bus tickets separately.

Q: I am taking Taxi to the venue and will only require a shuttle bus ticket from CEC to Singapore Expo, is a one-way ticket available?

A: Yes, one-way transfer from CEC to Singapore Expo is available at $8 per person. Tickets can be purchased at the Information Counter or Airshow Shuttle Boarding Point located at the General Carpark.

Q: Where is the coach queue located at Singapore Expo?

A: The Airshow Shuttle will be available at Singapore Expo, Hall 7. When you exit from the MRT gantry, turn left and follow our Singapore Airshow banners and signs.

Q: Are the shuttle bus services able to accommodate individuals on wheelchair?

A: Yes, wheelchair accessible shuttle buses will be available.

Q: Who is Captain Leo & Captain Leonette?

A: Captain Leo is a young lion who is passionate about aviation. He is a pilot and is capable of flying a variety of aircraft. Captain Leonette is a young lioness who shares the same passion for aviation. Q: Are Captain Leo and Captain Leonette plush toys available for purchase?

A: Yes, exclusive Captain Leo and Captain Leonette plush toys and a wide range of Singapore Airshow merchandise can be purchased online at our e-Store at www.singaporeairshow.com/TheCaptainsDen, as well as at the merchandise stores located within the show site.

Q: What are the various official merchandises available for sale?

A: Please check out our e-Store for the range of merchandise available. More products will be available for sale on-site.

Q: Where can I collect my merchandise?

A: You can opt to self-collect your merchandise from our appointed Merchandiser or have them mailed to you via registered mail. Self-collection is not available on-site. Please refer to our e-Store for more details.

Q: Are there merchandise sold on-site at the Airshow?

A: Yes, there will be merchandise sold on-site.

Q: Are Food & Beverages available at the show site?

A: Yes, there will be a variety of F&B outlets located within the hall as well as near the static aircraft display area. Most F&B outlets at the show site accept cash payment only. Visitors are advised to bring along sufficient cash. Please refer to the on-site location boards for exact locations of these outlets.

Q: Are visitors allowed to bring their own food and drinks to the show site?

A: Yes. However visitors are reminded to dispose trash in the garbage bins provided on-site.

Q: Are there any Halal food stores?

A: Food stalls at the event are not Halal certified, however there will be stalls selling food items that contain no pork and no lard.

Q: Where is the nearest food centre located near the event venue?

A: The nearest food centre is located at Changi Village which is 15 minutes away by taxi and 1 hour by foot from the Changi Exhibition Centre.

Q: Will security checks be conducted at the show?

A: Yes. Security checks will be conducted at the registration Gateway. Visitors are advised to travel light to expedite security checks.

Q: Are there any items which are not allowed to be brought into the show site?

The organizer will have the final say on items not listed above. The decision is final and absolute.

Q: Is re-admission allowed on Public Days?

A: No, re-admission is not allowed on Public Days.

Q: Does my child require a ticket to attend?

A: Yes, children aged 3 – 12 years old require a ticket to attend the Singapore Airshow 2018. However, children below 3 years of age may enter for free. Please bring along their Birth Certificate for identification purposes.

Q: Are children allowed to enter the show site?

A: Yes. However, we do not recommend the event to very young children due to the generally hot weather and high sound levels during the flying display.

Q: Are pets allowed into the show?

A: No, pets are not allowed into the show, except for Licensed Guide Dogs.

Q: Is there parking at Changi Exhibition Centre?

A: Due to the limited number of parking spaces available at Changi Exhibition Centre, only vehicles displaying the official parking label for the designated day of use will be allowed access to Changi Exhibition Centre. If it is essential for you to drive, we would advise purchasing the group package which includes the cost of a parking label that entitles the holder to full day parking on the designated public day (10 or 11 February 2018).

Q: Will I need a parking label if I am just dropping a guest off at the Airshow?

A: Only vehicles displaying the official parking label will be allowed access to Changi Exhibition Centre. We would advise dropping your guests off at the Singapore Expo where they can transfer to the complimentary shuttle to Changi Exhibition Centre.

Q: Where can I purchase the car park label?

A: Public Day parking labels are only available as part of the Group Package, comprising of 4 tickets + 1 car label. This will be sold via SISTIC at S$173 (inclusive of GST, booking & handling fee included).

For purchases made prior to 10 days before event, the Car Park Labels will be delivered via registered mail.

For purchases made within 10 days from the event date, purchased Car Park Labels can only be collected from SISTIC Main Office (Singapore Post Centre), latest by 8pm the day before the event.

Please note that there will be NO onsite sales of car park label.

Q: Are there any other car parks near to the show event?

A: No. Visitors are reminded NOT TO park along Tanah Merah Coast Road as vehicles will be towed away. Visitors can park at Singapore Expo and take the Airshow Shuttle Service to gain access to the show site.

Q: Are there any visitor rest areas at the show site?

A: Yes, there are visitor rest areas and cafes/restaurants located within the show site. Please check our on-site location board for exact locations.

Q: Is there internet access at the show site?

A: Yes, complimentary WIFI is available within the exhibition hall.

Q: Is there a prayer room where visitors can conduct their prayer ritual?

A: Yes there is. Please refer to the on-site location board for the exact location.

Q: Is the show site disabled-access friendly?

A: Yes, the show site is disabled-access friendly. Wheelchair accessible shuttle buses are available.

Q: Are there ATMs at the show site?

A: No, there are no ATMs at the show site. Visitors are advised to bring sufficient cash.

Q: Is smoking allowed at the show site?

A: Yes, but only within the designated outdoor smoking areas. Please refer to the on-site location board for the exact locations.

Q: Is baggage storage or lockers available at the Singapore Airshow?

A: Baggage storage, lockers or coat check services are not available at Changi Exhibition Centre. Visitors are encouraged to travel light.

Q: Is first aid or medical assistance available?

A: Yes, a medical centre is available on-site to assist members of the public.

Q: What are the opening hours of Singapore Airshow?

A: Please refer to the following table for the opening hours on Public Days. Visitors may reach Changi Exhibition Centre early, however, they will only be allowed entry into the Exhibition Hall at the official opening hours.

Q: What should I do with the lost & found items?

A: You can pass it to the Registration Counter, Information Counter or Event Service Centre located within the exhibition hall.

Q: What if I lost my item at the Singapore Airshow?

A: You can approach the Information Counter or the Event Service Centre to report the loss of your items.

Q: How do I locate my lost child?

A: You can approach the Event Service Centre for assistance.

Q: What do we do if someone requires medical assistance?

A: Please refer them (if they are still mobile) or bring them personally to Medical Post at Function Room 8.

Q: Are Cameras and Photography allowed in the Singapore Airshow?

A: Yes, cameras and photography are allowed with no restrictions.

Q: Are personal mobility devices allowed to enter into Changi Exhibition Centre?

A: No. All mobility devices such as Bicycles, Electronic scooters, skateboards are not allowed to be used or to enter into Changi Exhibition Centre.

Q: Are strollers allowed in Airshow?

A: Yes, it is allowed.

Q: Will ear muffs or ear plugs be provided at the airshow?

A: No. Visitors are encouraged to bring their own ear muff and ear plugs as it can be very noisy at the Airshow.
