TERMS AND CONDITIONS
RATES
- Rates include hire of vehicle, service of the chauffeur, fuel cost, insurance, maintenance, unlimited mileage, and parking and ERP charges.
- For Changi Exhibition Centre (CEC) Transfer and Hourly Services, rates include vehicle access to Changi Exhibition Centre during the show hours.
- Midnight Surcharge applies for usage between 2300hrs – 0659hrs, according to vehicle type.
- Rates subject to prevailing GST (9%).
CHANGES, CANCELLATION, & NO SHOW
- Upon booking confirmation, any Cancellation is subjected to 100% of the total fee imposed.
- Any changes to booking must be made with 24 hours’ notice and is subjected to availability.
For “No Show” of customer, the full rate shall apply.
WAITING TIME FOR POINT TO POINT AND CEC TRANSFERS
- For Airport Transfers during arrival, the driver will wait at the arrival door after the baggage belt up to 60 minutes after actual flight landing time.
- For all other point to point transfer, the driver will wait at the requested pick-up point for up to 15 minutes.
- Any additional delay beyond the prescribed waiting time will have additional charges.
- Point to point transfers may not be used for guests arriving the VIP Complex.
ACCESS TO THE CHANGI EXHIBITION CENTRE AND CEC TRANSFERS
- As the Changi Exhibition Centre is gazetted as a security zone during the Singapore Airshow, there are security measures and access control in place, and these may result in additional travelling and/or waiting time for passengers.
- Vehicles and passengers entering the Changi Exhibition Centre via these vehicles are subjected to 100% security checks.
- All passengers must have their personal Singapore Airshow access passes on hand prior to boarding the vehicle. Should any passenger not have their personal Singapore Airshow access pass, the entire vehicle will stop at the Singapore Airshow registration gateway instead.
- Vehicles with access to chalet area are not allowed to access the exhibition hall side of the show venue and vice versa.
