AIRBUS A350-1000

The A350 is the world’s most modern and efficient widebody family and the long-range leader. It is the only clean sheet design aircraft in the 300-410 seat category, with state-of-the-art technologies and aerodynamics that deliver unmatched standards of efficiency and comfort. The A350’s clean sheet design also includes the A350’s “Airspace” cabin, which is the quietest of any widebody.

Taking part in the flying display at Singapore Airshow 2022 is MSN59 - one of the three A350-1000 flight test aircraft used in the certification programme. MSN59 has taken part in many tests, including the definition of the minimum speed at which the aircraft can take off with the maximum payload.

The Boeing 777-9_WH001.jpg

The Boeing 777-9 is one of the newest members of Boeing’s market-leading twin-aisle airplane family. Opening new growth opportunities for airlines, the 777-9 seats 426 passengers in a typical two-class configuration, with a range of 7,285 nautical miles (13,500 km). Designed to maximise efficiency, the 777-9 will be the largest and most fuel-efficient twin-engine jet in the world, with with an exceptional passenger experience. Engineering design improvements and innovative new technologies, including a new carbon-fibre composite wing, all-new engines and a natural laminar flow nacelle, will help the 777-9 achieve ten percent lower fuel use, emissions and operating costs than the competition.

The LCA Tejas is an Indian multirole light fighter designed by the Aeronautical Development Agency in collaboration with Hindustan Aeronautics Limited for the IAF. This indigenous fighter first took to the skies in 2001 and since then it has been shattering barriers. In 2003, the aircraft was officially named Tejas which means ‘Radiance’.

Tejas is smallest and the lightest in its class of contemporary supersonic combat aircraft. With its state of the art avionics and a unique double delta design it becomes one of the world’s most sought after combat aircraft.

The F-35 is a multi-role aircaft produced by Lockheed Martin and is a result of a multi-service, multi-national effort currently spanning three US Services and nine partner nations.  The F-35 family of aircraft is currently flown by the United States Marine Corps, the United States Navy, and the United States Air Force, as well as the air forces and navies of the United Kingdom, Australia, Italy, Israel, Japan, Norway, and the Netherlands.

In addition to its impressive STOVL capabilities, the F-35B is designed to be capable of carrying a wide array of the most advanced precision guided air to surface munitions, air to air missiles, and a missionized 25mm gun system.
