Admission Guidelines

  • Admission to the event is open to trade professionals only. Minors aged below 18 years old will not be admitted into the exhibition, even if accompanied by an adult.
  • Passes issued are strictly non-transferrable and non-exchangeable.
  • Passes need to be worn at all times. Entry into restricted areas is not permitted. As identity checks may be carried out at all security checkpoints, please bring along identification documents such as your passport, NRIC or driving license for verification.
  • Trade visitors are required to dress in business casual. Inappropriate attire such as shorts, t-shirts, singlets, ripped jeans, bermudas, slippers and beach sandals will not be permitted. Attendees dressed in such a manner will be denied entry.
  • The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or request any person to leave the event venue without stating a reason. All decisions made by the organiser is final.

Admission Guidelines

  • Re-admission is NOT allowed for Weekend@Airshow ticket holders.
  • Admission will be denied if the ticket holder is in possession of any prohibited items.
  • A ticket is required if the child is aged between 3 to 12 years old; infants and/or children hand-carried in arms (throughout the event) will be admitted complimentary.
  • Random checks will be conducted at the point of entry; patrons who are unable to provide proof of eligibility for their child will be required to purchase an adult ticket.
  • For safety reasons, the organiser strongly advises that infants and/or children hand-carried in arms should not attend the event.

Traffic Advisory

During the Singapore Airshow period, roads and public transportation within the vicinity of Changi Exhibition Centre will be affected from Tuesday, 13 February 2024 to Wednesday, 28 February 2024.

Affected roads will resume normal operations from 6:00 AM onwards on Thursday, 29 February 2024.

Road and Path Closures

  • The following vehicle roads in the vicinity of Changi Exhibition Centre (CEC) will be closed to the public during the times stated in Table 1 below:
    • Changi Coast Road (starting from Changi Ferry Road (Terminal) and ending at Aviation Park Road)
    • Aviation Park Road
    • Tanah Merah Coast Road (between Aviation Park Road and Tanah Merah Coast Road (minor) / Changi Naval Base)

Bus Diversions

Bus Service 35 Route Diversion and Complimentary Shuttle Bus Services
  • Due to the road and lane closures from 17 - 28 February 2024, bus service 35 will operate a truncated loop between Bedok Interchange and Tanah Merah Coast Road, looping back after the bus stop opposite Changi Naval Base (BS 96431). It will skip some bus stops along Alps Avenue, Aviation Park Road, Changi Coast Road and Tanah Merah Coast Road. However, a free shuttle service will operate between the Airport Logistics Park of Singapore (ALPS) and Changi Village every 10 – 15 minutes:

Notice of Filming and Photography

Please note that Singapore Airshow 2024 will be photographed and filmed. By entering the event premises, you provide consent for Experia Events Pte Ltd, its associates and media, to such photography and recordings; and the subsequent release, publication, exhibition or reproduction of your likeness or image for marketing and communications purposes.

For any further enquiries on filming and photography, please write to dpo.singaporeairshow@experiaevents.com and provide a reference to where such usage is made so that the necessary actions may be taken.

SITE MAP & FLOOR PLAN

Singapore Airshow 2020 will be held at the purpose-built Changi Exhibition Centre (CEC), located 20 minutes from the Central Business District and 10 minutes from Changi Airport. CEC offers a 40,000sqm fully air-conditioned exhibition hall and 100,000sqm of outdoor display area next to the hall and chalets.

Visa Information

Trade visitors attending the event can request a Letter of Introduction for their visa application by writing to us at visa2024@singaporeairshow.com with a copy of your confirmation. Please note that you must first complete your registration before requesting for the letter of introduction.

  6. Balloons (Including Helium), balls, inflatable balls, Frisbees or flying disks
  7. Banners (blank or with offensive content)
  8. Baton / T-baton / Night Stick
  9. Bearing Scraper
  10. Bullet Proof Vest
  11. Canned items
  12. Cause-base apparels or items which suggest support or expression (i.e. Items with watermelon images or designs)

  16. Explosive / Blasting Cap / Dynamite / Corrosive Substance
  17. Fireworks / Crackers

The above list is non-exhaustive. The organiser will have the final say on items not listed above. The decision is final and absolute.
