How do visitors register for the Singapore Airshow?

What are the Admission Fees for Trade Days?
Here’s the following rates are as follows:

Prices quoted in Singapore dollar (SGD) and are subjected to prevailing Goods and Services Tax.

Is there a group registration for the Singapore Airshow?
Group registration for Trade Days is now available for groups of 30 persons or more. Please reach out to us at registration2026@singaporeairshow.com.

What access does the Trade Pass allow?
The trade pass allows visitors to enter the Exhibition Hall and Static Display Area from 3 Feb 2026 to 6 Feb 2026, with the first day (3 Feb 2026) having different admission timing (from 12 noon onwards only). The Opening Ceremony and Ribbon Cutting Ceremony are for invited guests only.

Please note that purchased Trade Pass issued are strictly non-transferrable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Can trade visitors also visit the show on Weekend@Airshow (Public Days)?
The Trade Visitor Pass is valid only for entry during the trade days of 3 to 6 Feb 2026. For access on 7 and 8 Feb 2026, visitors will need to purchase Weekend@Airshow tickets separately.

Please note that ticket sales for Weekend@Airshow will be available from the first week of December 2025 on the SISTIC website.

Is there a contact for registration enquiries?

Who can visitors contact if they did not receive a verification email after registering online?
Visitors may send their enquiries to registration2026@singaporeairshow.com. Please indicate the Name and Email used for registration for easy reference.

Will there be on-site registration for Trade Day Passes?
Yes, attendees may simply register via the Singapore Airshow’s Official Website: https://www.singaporeairshow.com/register before joining the queue to print their passes. Please note that terms and conditions apply, as registration fees differ for advance and onsite registrations.

The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or request any person to leave the event venue without stating a reason. All decisions made by the Organiser are final.

When and how can passes be collected?
Only upon each successful completion of registration of the visitor’s Trade Day passes, a confirmation of registration PDF will be sent to the visitor's email inbox – inside the pdf includes a QR-code. Pre-registered guest(s) is/are required to scan the QR-code at the registration counters, and their Trade Pass will automatically be generated. If visitors do not receive the confirmation email and/or PDF within 1 day, please contact registration2026@singaporeairshow.com.

Registrants are required to complete their payment in order to receive the Confirmation Letter.

Can visitors collect trade passes on behalf of someone?
No. Trade visitors must collect their own trade passes as identification checks may be conducted.

Passes issued are strictly non-transferable and need to be worn at all times. Entry into restricted areas is not permitted. As identity checks may be carried out at all security checkpoints, please bring along identification documents such as your passport, NRIC or driving license for verification.

What documents do I need to bring for pass collection?
As identity checks may be carried out, please bring along your business card and photo identification documents such as your passport, NRIC, or driving licence for verification.

Trade Invitation PIN

How do visitors register for the event using the complimentary Trade Invitation Pins?
Visitors will have to register online with the Trade Invitation PIN stated on the Trade Invitation by 2 February 2026 to enjoy complimentary admission to the show. Please note that the complimentary Trade Invitation PIN is only extended to guests by the exhibiting companies and partners of Singapore Airshow 2026.

Does the Trade Invitation PIN entitle you to attend all four days of the event?
Yes, the Trade Invitation PIN entitles you to attend all four days of the event. Do note that registration is tagged to a unique email thus your guest will be required to register with a different email address for the second pin.

If I lose my Trade Invitation PIN, can I request for a new one?
No, lost or misplaced PINs cannot be replaced. Please contact the company or exhibitor who issued the invitation.

General

What are the opening hours of the Singapore Airshow on Trade Days?
Please refer to the following for the opening hours on Trade Days.

Trade Visitors will only be allowed entry into the Exhibition Hall at the official opening hours.

What if I lost my item at the Singapore Airshow?
You can approach the Information Counter or the Event Service Centre to report the loss of your items.

Are personal mobility devices allowed to enter Changi Exhibition Centre?
No. All mobility devices such as bicycles, electronic scooters and skateboards are not allowed to be used or to enter Changi Exhibition Centre.

Admission

Is there a dress code for trade days?
Yes. Trade visitors are required to dress in business casual. Inappropriate attire such as shorts, t-shirts, singlets, ripped jeans, bermudas, slippers and beach sandals (unless part of National or Corporate Attire) will not be permitted. Attendees who are dressed inappropriately as mentioned above will be denied entry.

How do I enter the venue?
You may present the QR code sent in your confirmation email for entry – be it a printed copy or via phone. Please note that a valid admission pass is required to always access the exhibition premises.

The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or request any person to leave the event venue without stating a reason. All decisions made by the Organiser are final.

Is there an age restriction for attending the event during the Trade Days?
Yes, trade days are strictly for trade visitors and professionals who are 18 years old and above only.

Is photography allowed inside the exhibition hall?
Yes, photography is generally allowed, but certain exhibitors may restrict photography at their booths. Please respect “No Photography” signs.

Can visitors bring children to the event during the Trade Days?
No, admission to the event during the Trade Days is strictly for trade visitors and professionals who are 18 years old and above only.

Is re-entry allowed on Trade Days?
Yes, re-entry is permitted if it is within the same day the ticket was purchased.

Can misplaced passes be replaced?
There will be no replacement for loss of trade passes.

Where is the event held?

Visitor Centre

How do Trade Visitors retrieve their login details for the Visitors Centre?
The login details will be sent over to you through the provided email address after registration. Visitors may also use the 'Forget Password' function on the login page, and the password will be resent to your email.

Who can Trade Visitors contact if they did not receive their Visitor Centre login details?
Visitors may send their enquiries to registration2026@singaporeairshow.com. Please indicate your Name, Business Email and Contact Number in the email for easy reference.isitors with valid Singapore Airshow Vehicle Labels will be allowed access into the exhibition site.

What should I do if I forget my Visitors Centre password?
Visitors may click on the ‘Forget Password’ function on the login page, and a ‘Reset Your Password’ email will be sent over to your email.

Online Exhibition Services Portal

What should exhibitors do if they are unable to log in to the Online Exhibition Services Portal ?
Exhibitors may send their enquiries to helpdesk2026@singaporeairshow.com for assistance.

AeroConnect – B2B Matchmaking Programme

What is AeroConnect - B2B Matchmaking Programme?
The AeroConnect - B2B Matchmaking Programme is an online platform designed to streamline business matching during the trade show which allows trade visitors to prearrange appointments with exhibitors throughout the event.

The link to view the Exhibitors’ Directory will be made available in early-December 2025.

How do Trade Visitors/Exhibitors get access to the AeroConnect - B2B Matchmaking Programme?
Trade visitors who opt in to the programme during registration and all exhibitors will receive access to the platform. Login details to the platform will be sent to the registrants/exhibitors via email in mid-December 2025. For any assistance, please contact businessmatching@singaporeairshow.com.

Can I reschedule or cancel a meeting once it is confirmed?
Yes, meetings can be rescheduled or cancelled through the platform. Exhibitors and trade visitors are encouraged to make any updates promptly to ensure accurate scheduling.

Is there a fee to opt-in to the AeroConnect - B2B Matchmaking Programme?
No, the AeroConnect – B2B Matchmaking Programme is complimentary for all exhibitors and participating trade visitors.

Media

How do Media register for a Media Pass?
Media will have to submit their media accreditation application through the Singapore Airshow website by clicking here. Please note that all accreditation applications are subject to approval. Media personnel may contact pr@singaporeairshow.com for enquiries.

Media Accreditation is now open until 22 December 2025. All media will have to adhere to the media guidelines as stipulated by the Organiser.

Admission to Singapore Airshow 2026 and/or Space Summit 2026 is strictly for pre-registered accredited media only; no walk-ins will be entertained.

Is there a Media Centre at the show site?
Yes, accredited media will have access to a fully equipped Media Centre with workstations and internet access.

Travel and Accommodation

How can I make travel and accommodation arrangements to Singapore?
Travel and accommodation arrangements can be made through Experia Hospitality Services, the travel and hospitality unit of Singapore Airshow’s organiser.

What is Experia Hospitality Services (EHS)?
Experia Hospitality Services (EHS), by Experia Events, delivers hospitality services for the Singapore Airshow through a one-stop platform covering accommodation, airport transfers, dining and leisure activities. Visit www.singaporeairshow.com/visit/experia-hospitality-services for more information.

Who can use EHS services?
EHS services are available to everyone attending the Singapore Airshow. This includes trade visitors and exhibitors, C-suite executives and senior management, VIP guests and clients as well as visiting enthusiasts.

Are group bookings available through EHS?
Yes, EHS can assist with group bookings for hotels, transport and curated experiences. Please contact ehs@experiaevents.com.

What type of services does EHS provide?
EHS provides Airport Meet and Greet services, Transfers, Hotel and Accommodation Bookings, Daily Event Transportation, Business Dining and Meeting Coordination as well as Curated Local Tours and Experiences. More details can be found here.

How do I book services through EHS?

Can I make changes to my booking?
Yes, can be made subject to the terms and conditions of your booking. Please contact us directly at ehs@experiaevents.com for assistance.

Are there any special accommodation rates for Singapore Airshow attendees?
Yes, Singapore Airshow attendees enjoy special rates at selected hotels and service apartments in Singapore. These rates are applicable only if you book your accommodation through Experia Hospitality Services. Click here to know more about these special rates.

Are there any complimentary shuttle bus services from the Singapore Changi Airport to the selected hotels?
No, there are no complimentary shuttle bus services from the Singapore Changi Airport to the Official or Supporting hotels. However, airport transfer services can be arranged by Experia Hospitality Services.

Visa

Do visitors need to apply for a visa to enter Singapore?
To find out if a visa is required, visitors may refer to the Immigration & Checkpoint Authority of Singapore (ICA) website at www.ica.gov.sg.

How long does it take to process a visa application for Singapore?
Processing time varies depending on nationality but typically takes 3–5 working days. Visitors are encouraged to apply early. Please visit www.ica.gov.sg for more information.

Will Singapore Airshow refund my pass if my visa application is rejected?
No, all passes are non-refundable. Visitors are advised to secure their visa before completing registration.

How do visitors apply for a visa?

How do visitors obtain a letter of support from Singapore Airshow for a visa application?
Visitors may send an enquiry to enquiries2026@singaporeairshow.com. Please note that trade visitors must first complete their registration before requesting the letter of support.

Facilities

What are the regulations and penalties for using or possessing e-vaporisers in Singapore?
The purchase, possession or use of e-vaporisers, including e-vaporiser products, is illegal in Singapore, and offenders will face penalties including composition fines or prosecution. Additionally, visitors caught purchasing, possessing, or using e-vaporisers laced with drugs such as etomidate (“K-pods”) may be refused entry or banned from re-entry to Singapore. Visitors are strongly advised against bringing these items into the country. For more information, please refer to https://www.gov.sg/stopvaping.

Is smoking allowed at the show site?
Yes, but only within the designated smoking areas. Please refer to the on-site location board for the exact locations.

Notice of Filming and Photography

Please note that Singapore Airshow 2026 will be photographed and filmed. By entering the event premises, you provide consent for Experia Events Pte Ltd, its associates and media to carry out such photography and recordings; and to the subsequent release, publication, exhibition or reproduction of your likeness or image for marketing and communications purposes.

Do visitors need to register for the Singapore Airshow to attend AeroForum?
Yes, you need to be registered as a Trade Visitor to attend AeroForum.

Do visitors need to pay to attend the AeroForum?
No, it is complimentary.

Can visitors still register for AeroFourm at a later date after registering as a Trade Visitor?
You do not need to register to attend AeroForum. Do note that there are limited seats and attendance is on first come first serve basis.

Are presentation slides or recordings available after AeroForum?
No presentation slides or recordings will be made available after Aeroforum.

Flying Displays

When are the Aerobatic Flying Displays?
The Aerobatic Flying Display schedule for Singapore Airshow 2026 will be made available at a later date. Click here to subscribe to our mailing list to receive updates.

Where is the best location to view the Aerobatic Flying Displays?
The best location to view the Aerobatic Flying Displays is at the Plaza, which is an open outdoor area in front of the exhibition hall. There is also a grandstand at the Plaza for visitors. However, seats are limited and are on a first-come-first-served basis.

Will the Airshow site be very noisy during the aerobatic flying displays?
Yes, the Airshow site will be very noisy during the aerobatic flying displays. Visitors are advised to bring along earplugs.

What are the Flying Teams for the aerobatic flying displays?
The flying team listing will be published closer to the event. Please visit the website for the latest updates.

Will Aerobatic Flying Displays take place if it rains?
Flying displays are subject to weather conditions and may be delayed, rescheduled, or cancelled in the event of poor weather.

Can visitors take photos and videos of the flying displays?
Yes, visitors are welcome to take photos and videos for personal use. Commercial filming or drone usage is strictly prohibited.

Will earmuffs or earplugs be provided at the airshow?
No. Visitors are encouraged to bring their own earmuffs and earplugs, as it can be very noisy at the Airshow.

Static Aircraft Display

Where is the Static Aircraft Display located?
The Static Aircraft Display Area is situated right beside the main exhibition hall.

What aircraft are on display?
The static aircraft listing will be published in early 2026. Please check back for the static aircraft listing.
