PLUME
Helmed by Head Mixologist Akmal Haqim, Bar Manager Siew Han Jun, and Beverage Manager Matthew Chan, PLUME is a destination cocktail bar poised to enchant the most discerning of connoisseurs. Paired with warm hospitality radiating from engaging professionals, the bar crafts a fully immersive experience where each element further enhances the other.
Inspired by the colourful birds of Singapore, guests descend upon a flock of meticulously-crafted
cocktails employing ingredients and techniques that are at times exotic and occasionally familiar. The menu is accentuated with one-of-a-kind concoctions that reflects the details of these wonderful feathered friends from the tone of the plumage, habitat, and to the seeds and fruits that nourish them, such as the vibrant Woodpecker with its gin and herby oregano syrup and the adventurous Red Crowned Barbet, a clear milk punch vodka cocktail with coffee distillate and milk-washed orange juice.
At the same time, revel in the PLUME Hour, a daily happy hour experience from 5:00pm until 8:00pm, with signature cocktails of the month, premium spirits, wines, and beers at just S$12++, including complimentary canapés. Music lovers can bask in the delight of musicians who will perform sets of lively jazz and top hit songs at PLUME every Thursday and Friday evening. DJs are also set to spin the hottest mix of house and pop tunes to keep patrons grooving all night long on Saturdays.
