Kenneth LOWAssociate Professor and Cluster Director, Singapore Institute of TechnologyDr. Kenneth Low is Associate Professor and Cluster Director in the Engineering Cluster of Singapore Institute of Technology (SIT). He leads the cluster leadership team overseeing faculty recruitment, appraisal and academic staff promotion. He is responsible for charting the strategic applied research focus areas for the Engineering Cluster.
