Ms. QIAN Lili, is currently the Deputy Director of Investment Promotion Bureau of Taicang Municipal Government of Jiangsu Province and is mainly responsible for attracting industrial projects in high-end equipment manufacturing, aerospace industries. She has rich experience in intercultural communication and has deeply participated in Sino-German cooperation. She promoted the negotiation and settle-down of a number of key projects such as German Centre Taicang.
